| I do not believe that an increase in a particular tax bracket will balance the budget. I do not support expanding funding for either Social Security and Medicare. To increase funding for these entitlement programs would increase the national debt. The national debt has increased as more entitlement programs (free things) have been added an/or used fraudulently. Currently, one party is speaking of free tuition to college, free universal living wage while having no way to pay for this except tax the highest tax brackets. | |||

| I will answer that this depends on the action. I do not approve of any officials doing anything against the Constitution, against the oath they take to work, and against the citizens they serve. I have seen government officials be protected (such as members of Congress) as the taxpayer fund to silence sexual harrassment suits. On the other hand I have seen harassment where there should have been none (at least by accusers) such as those people who impeached President Trump when it was actually their party who was in the wrong. | |||

| I support the increase of defense spending to continue to have a modern day military. Our country needs to upgrade the military equipment, buildings ,infrastructure, and living quarters for military members (and their family). I DO NOT support the United States becoming the global police as we have often been, such as in UN conflicts. I do not support going into wars to protect a commodity (i.e. oil). | |||

I support LIMITED financial relief to businesses that have been negatively impacted by emergency health situations, natural disasters. | |||

| I believe education standards should be developed by the states fo schools fall under state�s right. Under the federal government, things would get bogged down too much. I would like to see literacy and math requirements for elementary, junior/middle and high schools. There are sufficient licensed teachers to teach at public, private and religious schools. Create ways to engage our youth, our future! | |||

| The USA is currently energy independent, meaning we produce natural gas and other fossil fuels so we are not dependent on countries in other countries of the world. Natural gas is clean. Solar and wind energy have problems; neither producers even 50% of energy needed; wind and sun are not always there; wind turbines kill many birds. The USA has cleaned up their air, their water and their land, yet through the Paris Accords and United Nations, we were paying for heavily polluting countries (such as China). | |||

| I support some control with limitations. The largest limitation is the Second Amendment guaranteeing the right to own guns. I support the right to defend you property and family; therefore I support strong Castle Domain Laws in each state. There are a very few cases where I believe people should not be allowed to have guns, but this should be done statewide, not federally and only with just cause. | |||

| I do support repealing the 2010 ACA; its mandate to buy insurance or pay a fee was punitive. It illustrates how one-size does not fit all. Different people have health issues, needs and even religious beliefs. I believe people should be able tailor their health insurance to their needs. I do not support paid medical leave during a public health crisis because I do not think businesses could support it. Currently, employees could take FMLA, which does use up sick days but insures the employee is paid. | |||

| There are already immigrants here who came lawfully and are going through process of becoming a citizen. If people are here illegally, they need to be returned to their home country and wait for legal entrance to the United States. We should eliminate "birth right"citizenship; very few countries have this. The USA has agreements concerning its US families abroad so these families and their children have US citizenship. | |||

| I believe the U.S. should use force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (i.e., nuclear, biological).However, I feel that economic sanctions are much more effective than military and in the long run have less cost (cost in $, cost in lives, cost on econoomy). I am glad to see our troops coming home from the Middle East; too many have died there or been injured. I support the USA backing of peace treaties between countries that have been at conflict for a long period of time. | |||
